Bob Jones founded United Mortgage Funding in 1994.
Bob’s vision was to create a company that that would offer great interest rates and a wide variety mortgage solution to Coloradans’ that needed mortgages. Bob wanted to help provide mortgage financing from people getting their first mortgage all the way up to people buying their 10th rental property. Bob knew the only way to do this was by being a Mortgage Broker. The ability to work with multiple lenders allowed Bob and his loan officers to offer the most competitive rates and programs in the State.
Even though United Mortgage Funding has closed over a billion dollars of residential mortgages in Colorado, every individual loan is still important to us. Bob still enjoys originating loans. His vast product knowledge and experience allows him deliver superior customer service. Many real estate agents consider Bob the best loan officer that they have ever worked with. Bob does not take compliments like this lightly, and he is always trying to stay ahead to maintain this reputation. Many loan officers shy away from difficult or complicated loans. Bob simply looks at them as challenges he is willing to accept.
